A comprehensive wellness course designed to prepare students for daily life on campus. Complete with personalized action items and a year of guided self-assessments reflections, this 3 hour course in the essential well-being education students don't receive in high school.
Time management and wellness education combine seamlessly in this engaging and efficient hour+ workshop.Topics covered
include sleep, self-care, stress-management, productivity, nutrition, exercise, and alcohol. Can be delivered virtually or in-person.
Follow along as current students and recent grads reflect on their college experience, share where they've struggled and succeeded with their health, and answer the question "if you could go back, what advice would you give yourself as a college freshman?"
